Sabal Development was founded in 2012 by Pascal Nicolai as the developer arm of the Sabal organization. We operate from 170 SE 14th Street, Suite 1002, Miami, in vertical integration with Sabal Luxury Builder — our construction company.
We focus on ground-up custom and selective spec residences in South Florida's most selective coastal neighborhoods — Palm Island, the Venetian Islands, Hibiscus Island, Highland Beach, Manalapan, and the surrounding ultra-luxury market.
